Decarbonization in a Post-Paris World

Rutt Bridges spoke at DU’s Strum College of Law on Friday 11/17/17 on a panel for the 50th Annual Sutton Colloquium. Rutt's focus was on market-driven solutions for reducing carbon emissions.
